Read the dashboard in layers
- Total checks shows the volume of recorded policy-check activity.
- Approved and Rejected show the distribution of completed outcomes.
- Success rate gives useful context, but it is not a safety target and should not be raised by weakening policy.
- Agents shows which identities are active and when their latest check occurred.
- Recent activity shows the action, agent, verdict, and time needed to begin an investigation.
Use filters to narrow the view by agent or outcome. Select the relevant activity row to inspect the verdict rather than inferring the cause from dashboard totals.
Establish a review rhythm
During initial adoption, review every rejection and policy change. Once the agent's operating pattern is understood, continue to review unexpected rejections, unusual changes in volume, inactive agents, and actions that remain pending longer than the integration normally requires.
When something needs attention
- Open a rejected action to read its primary reason and failed check.
- Keep a pending action paused while the verdict is incomplete.
- Investigate unexpected approval volume against the agent's active policy.
- Confirm that an inactive agent is using the expected identity and credential.
